All claims for incorrect shipments must be received within seven (7) days from the date of invoice. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items + shipping cost. Defective products may be returned for credit only by obtaining a Return Authorization (R.A.). All returned products must be received at I-poolproducts.com no more than thirty (30) days after date of invoice, with a copy of the original invoice from which the items were purchased.
